“ Every time we come to Vegas we have dinner at Gaucho. The service is impeccable. The salad is out of this world. Bring your appetite because theres more food than you can imagine. The meats are out of this world. Make sure you ask for the grilled pineapple . You havent experienced a taste like this. We came here for our Guests Birthday. Truly an amazing experience all around. ”

If you want a specific item like salmon or the large shrimp or the really tasty parmesan crusted pork just ask one of the staff and they will radio the guy who has it to bring it you! Leonel is an amazing manager! His entire staff is friendly which adds to the wonderful atmosphere! We love the cooking stone idea, having the meat cooked right next to us great idea! Would be nice to have additional condiments or seasoning with the cart with the cooking stone. But everything here is memorable and we will be back! God bless! ”

The flavor is so authentic, the food is really fresh, it reminds me of when o was back home. The service is excellent. I feel like a celebrity here. Starting from the host, EVERYONE is amazing, I have been to many Brazilian astral House, but this one is by far my favorite one, if you are in Vegas, please come here. Thank you all staff. ”
